We'll readily admit that our services are a little hard to understand for people who are
used to the typical broker/client relationship. One thing everyone can understand
though is RESULTS! Below is a list of our sold aircraft and the story behind them.
N8030Q went under contract in just 25 days of marketing and sold to Brazil. It was a 16,000+ hour airframe that even we had our doubts about selling... but the owner paid $650 for the first month and never wrote another check. Their testimony can be made available upon request.
N412RP was a gorgeous Columbia 400 that was under contract in a
matter of three weeks after starting advertising. We need to concede that the plane was priced right but it's hard to argue with results like that. The owner said in an email "I simply cannot believe that I was able to move the plane this quickly. You guys did an excellent job."
NXXXXM was a very high-paced listing for us. It was a financially
motivated sale and within a week of starting advertising we were already taking offers, one of which was accepted. Unfortunately, the bank got to it before we could get the paperwork drawn up and the owner had no choice but to let the plane go.

N71CE went under contract after just three weeks of marketing and sold on the 16th of July for near full asking price. Without a doubt it was a "cream puff" aircraft and in high demand but a realistic seller found a realistic buyer.
N6026U was a really nice V-Tail Bonanza that took a full 90 days to sell.
N222VW was put under contract in the first month and sold just 6 weeks after beginning marketing.
N6010S took two full months to sell and closed on its 62nd day on the market with us. The full Letter of Recommendation from it's very happy and former owner are available upon request.
N9815A- Alright, yes we'll admit this one took longer than we'd like but it was a VERY specialized aircraft and with all it's upgrades and renovations it appealed to a very small market. Either way, the Seller is happy, the Buyer is happy and so are we!
N9696V- Sold for a great price for both parties in just 120 days on the market. A very happy seller and a very happy buyer. Our congratulations to them both!

N47471 was sold in August of 2011 after 90 days on the market with us. No Letter of Recomendation yet but we're sure it's on the way!
N107TT was by far our longest listing yet at 270 days. It is a fantastic aircraft and few can argue that it was the nicest 310 on the market but that also meant that it was one of the more expensive ones. Finally, timing and opportunity came together for one lucky buyer who acted quickly and got a great deal on a great aircraft.
